Restore It Yourself, Inc. is looking for qualified, motivated Distributors and Dealers in the United Kingdom who would like to partner with us to bring Scratch-B-Gone, and our other innovative restoration and cleaning products, to the UK.
Currently, our U.S.-based website is receiving about 5% of our web traffic from the United Kingdom. We regularly receive phone calls from customers looking for a dealer in the UK.
The need for a product like Scratch-B-Gone is as great in the UK as it is in the US where Stainless steel appliances, sinks and grills have become favorites in households all across the country.
But consumers are not the only channel. We've identified these additional opportunities:
- Parts Distribution Channels - Appliance and appliance parts distribution channels are very interested in bringing Scratch-B-Gone both to their sales floors and distribution centers to improve product presentation and to reduce waste as well as to generate new sales with an addition consumer product.
- Grill and Outdoor Kitchen Channels - Stainless steel outdoor kitchen and grill distributors are very interested in the potential of Scratch-B-Gone to solve many of the common problems consumers suffer with their outdoor appliances, especially rust, heat scorching and chemical stains. They see this as a significant opportunity to bring and effective solution to their customers.
- Commercial Kitchen Channels - Commercial kitchen appliance parts distributors see a significant opportunity to offer Scratch-B-Gone to their secondary/used channels, as well.
- Cleaning Industry Channels - The commercial and residential cleaning industry associations and suppliers are interested in Scratch-B-Gone. This industry includes many opportunities for Scratch-B-Gone and our other cleaning products, including providing cleaning service providers a remedy for accidental damage to Stainless steel during routine cleaning as well as new capacity for cleaning and maintaining Stainless steel items.
- Service Provider Channels – Various existing service providers (e.g. installers, repairmen, etc.) would benefit from Scratch-B-Gone both as a cheap 'insurance policy' against high replacement costs of Stainless steel accidentaly damaged during their service and as an up-sell opportunity to add additional service revenue. Several OEMs are now reimbursing service providers service fees under warranty for in-field repairs using Scratch-B-Gone.
- Hotel Channels - Most hotels included extensive use of Stainless steel for elevators, decorative touches, like doors, rails and wall panels, as well as kitchen and serving areas.
- General Consumer Channels – Finally, direct to consumer outlets that focus on appliance, sink or grills sales, or home repair and home maintenace are prime channels for Scratch-B-Gone. We are in discussions with Electrolux to introduce several of our products into Lowes and Sears within their wall space, and GE has expressed interest in taking us into Home Depot and distributing through their other internal and external distribution channels.
